GMC ProStage | Event Organization

GMC ProStage is our group's technology hub providing comprehensive technical support for events, television and stage productions. Thanks to the use of the latest lighting and multimedia devices, when preparing a visual concept, you are limited only by your imagination. Our LED walls are used both as elements of multimedia scenography and can create a virtual studio environment, enabling the creation of three-dimensional spaces using the Unreal Engine.

We have sound, lighting and multimedia equipment, as well as stage structures from renowned manufacturers. GMC ProStage meets the rider requirements of most leading artists and producers, which is a perfect complement to the group's offer for world-class production needs.

MULTIMEDIA

We have modern multimedia equipment such as diode screens, projectors, LCD and LED monitors. We successfully use these devices in our scenographic activities, creating spectacular multimedia decorations for today's times. Our LED walls have also been used in productions based on the "augmented reality" technology (eXtended Reality), which combines the virtual world with the physical one. We display all kinds of video materials, visualizations and 3D virtual environments based on Unreal Engine engines - all in the highest quality up to 8 K.

800 m2 of P 2 / P 2.5 / P 2.6 / P 3.9 screens together with accessories and vision systems will allow for the handling of the most demanding television productions, entertainment shows and corporate events.

We offer nearly 500 rider lighting devices including moving heads, LED floodlights, conventional floodlights, smoke machines, hazers, dimmers and controllers. We invest in equipment only from renowned manufacturers, which allows us to guarantee the highest quality and reliability.

SOUND SYSTEM

We are able to comprehensively service events of any size, from corporate events and conferences to large outdoor events and concerts. We have high-power sound systems, line-level systems, sound mixers, microphone sets and DJ equipment.

STAGE CONSTRUCTIONS

Our offer includes certified aluminum structures duo system, tri system and quadro system from manufacturers such as Alustage, Eurotruss and Duratruss. We have hundreds of linear meters of structures in sections of various lengths, circular elements, corners, corner boxes, T-type elements, pipes, aliscafés, slings and other necessary accessories. We also have VMB telescopic towers, elevators and manual and electric winches.

Our team of experienced technicians and riggers will deliver and install stage structures for film, television, event and trade fair sets throughout the European Union.

SCENES

In the GMC resources you will find nearly 150 pieces of certified HANDY® OpenAir stage platforms with tabletops of the following dimensions: 2 mx 1 m; 1 mx 1 m; 0.5 mx 2 m and legs of various heights. Our platforms are used to build stages, stands, audiences, decorations and for the technical support of film sets.

OTHER TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

GMC ProStage also offers other equipment supporting the organization of live events, film and television production. According to your needs, we will provide: generators (portable and self-propelled), cable ramps, event tents, reception desks, guest registration equipment, dressing rooms (make-up stations, chairs, tables, sofas, hangers), heaters, barriers, mobile fences and communication equipment (intercom systems and Motorola radios).

SPECIALIZED TRANSPORT

We have an extensive fleet of delivery, truck and brigade vehicles. We have vehicles in various bodyworks, e.g. Fiat Ducato Maxi L4H3 - sheet metal, Ford Transit Custom brigade vehicle, or the largest in its category Iveco Daily container/curtain, with or without a lift. If necessary, we are able to provide vehicles with a semi-trailer up to 13.6 m long and with a load capacity of up to 24 tons. We provide services throughout Europe.
