GMC ProDesign is the place where the visual concept of each project is born and its representation in the form of visualizations, 2D and 3D graphics, moodboards and storyboards. Then the artistic vision moves into the execution phase: CAD drawings, object documentation, schedules, research reports and prop shopping lists are created. 3D MODELS AND VISUALIZATIONS
We create 3D models and super realistic visualizations. Our team consists of set designers and interior designers with many years of experience in the film and entertainment industry. We will efficiently identify and respond to the needs of your project, select textures, suggest lighting and set up scenes to best illustrate your vision.
2D VISUALIZATIONS
We use this visualization method when there is a need for a reliable visual representation of the scope of planned adaptations and there is no time to prepare 3D models and renders. Based on photos of locations taken during technical documentation, using graphic software and AI tools, we are able to make realistic 2D visualizations illustrating planned changes in the architecture and equipment of the playing space.
MOODBOARDS
Mood boards are a great tool for creatives to visually explore ideas and represent them. Whether it’s a commercial, event or film project, they’re a starting point to start the creative process and initiate discussions with other members of the creative team.
GMC graphic designers will provide you with full support in preparing inspiring mood boards to present your vision in a visually appealing form.
We create technical documentation that provides a detailed, precise, visual representation of the project. Professionally prepared executive drawings are an essential tool for construction and assembly teams, and projections and plans help in the efficient organization of production. We support our clients in planning and documentation to facilitate the work of all departments involved in the project, improve communication and increase the level of safety at every stage of implementation.
Our services include the preparation of architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawings. We create plans with the arrangement of decorations in the hall, plans of suspension points, technical drawings of stage structures, plans of the arrangement of technical equipment (sound systems, lighting, multimedia), as well as plans of the area and infrastructure for mass events, festivals and fairs.

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Our talented graphic designers will prepare original designs that will make your vision come true, bring your interiors to life and help you tell your story.
For the needs of the scenography department, we will prepare graphics necessary to produce: decoration elements (signs, signs, posters, advertisements, paintings, photos, wallpapers, etc.), special props (e.g. newspapers, leaflets, business cards, magazines, tickets, contracts, bottles with original labels, etc.), and packaging and product mockups for advertising photos.
We will create graphic designs for digital content such as websites or applications. These can be mockups or fully functional and working applications and websites.
We design and print any size scenographic backgrounds (translight). We support scenographers in preparing visually appealing mood boards and scenographic presentations, we help in illustrating and communicating their vision.
Event and trade fair producers can count on comprehensive design support, from the preparation of a single product and mockup, through stand and zone visualizations, to the complete visual identification of the entire project.
GMC has its own printing facilities to print elements used in scenography (banners, translights, foam prints, etc.) as well as advertising and promotional materials for live events and trade fairs (badges, business cards, invitations, catalogues, lanyards, event wristbands, etc.).
Our goal is to realize the vision of the set designer through interior decoration. The preparation process begins with a thorough analysis of the script supported by a list of necessary props and decorations. We conduct extensive research based on the historical period, style and the visual concept of the film outlined by the creators. We present the results in the form of mood boards, then prepare a budget and a detailed plan for delivering the decorations and setting up the location.
Our team will take full responsibility for the decorative elements regardless of the type and size of the production. We will look for them, deliver them and organize them on the set.
INTERIOR DECORATION
GMC ProDesign also offers storyboards, animatics, shooting boards, concept art, and board-o-matics for advertising, film, television, and live events. Our artists have extensive experience in the high-pressure world of advertising and film production, ready to take on the next challenge.
We translate the words of the script into graphic language, often making key visual decisions that require film knowledge, sensitivity and a good understanding and feel of the director.
STORYBOARDS
A dedicated set construction manager will ensure that the set designer's vision is realized on time, with quality and in accordance with the adopted budget. Our goal is to provide comprehensive support for production managers and set designers at every stage of cooperation: from the moment of creation of the creative concept, preliminary construction cost estimate, through the creation of executive documentation, to the implementation of construction. Our construction manager will provide assistance during technical documentation, location scouting and inventory of shooting facilities.
If necessary, we will propose solutions aimed at reducing construction costs, make the necessary measurements, help in the selection of materials, prepare technical opinions, make samples and propose the best construction technologies available on the market.
